A 22 Year-Old Man Was Captured After Robbing A Bank In Friona At Gunpoint
Police were able to capture a man who robbed a Friona Bank at gunpoint.
John Michael Garibay, 22, of Friona was captured and arrested after he robbed a Parmer County Bank at gunpoint in Friona according to Amarillo.com
Garibay entered the bank wearing a black gas mask with black paint under his eyes, he then ordered the teller to turn over the money while he was pointing a gun.
He ran out of the doors with a black bag full of $8,000 in cash, he then entered a Dodge Charger and left the scene of the crime.
Garibay was arrested on Monday, authorites were able to find a the gun he used the robbery and a portion of $8,000 that was taken. Authorities continue to investigate the robbery.
