A Canyon Teenager Charged With Murder After Running Over Innocent Man
A Canyon teenager stole a vehicle then runs over a man, killing him.
A Canyon teenager has been charged with murder after he ran over a man in the area of Hunsley Hills.
Apollo Rivera-Rodriguez,17, of Canyon was arrested by the Randall County Sheriffs after he stole a truck from the victim, (name still unknown pending the investigation) and then ran the victim over.
Rodriguez then fled the scene in the stolen pick-up and left it off at the Palo Duro Creek Golf Course where officials later found it.
According the the Amarillo Globe-News: "Apollo Rivera-Rodriguez, 17, was taken to the Randall County jail on charges of murder, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving while intoxicated charges, jail officials said."
