Natalee Holloway went missing in Aruba on a graduation trip back in 2005, she has never been found.

On Thursday an Alabama Judge signed an order declaring Natalee Holloway officially dead.

Holloway disapeared in Aruba while on a graduation trip back with 100 other students celebrating there graduation from Mountain Brooke High School in Birmingham, Alabama  in 2005, she was only 18. She was last seen leaving a nightclub with Joran Van Der Sloot and 2 other men.

Van Der Sloot was arrested twice for having involvement in the murder of Holloway but was never convicted. No one has been charged for the murder.

On Wednesday Van Der Sloot pleaded guilty to the murder of a Peruvian women who he beat to death in her hotel room back in 2010 and is facing up to 30 years in prison.
