Amarillo Chamber Hosts 19th Annual Good Times Celebration Barbecue Cook-Off

It is once again time for the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce Annual Barbecue Cook-Off.  This year is said to be another one for the books. 

Thursday, September 11th, over 100 cooking teams will take to their grills for the 19th Annual Good Times Celebration Barbecue Cook-off!  While the cooking teams will compete for bragging rights in professional, amateur, and corporate divisions cooking ribs, brisket and other meats as well as showmanship, you will get to enjoy a great night. 

Not only can you eat and drink as much as you want, you can also enjoy live music from the Global Nomads.  You and your friends/family can spend the night networking and enjoying some delicious food.

Tickets are on sale right now at all Panhandle Ticket outlets or any Amarillo/Canyon United Supermarkets. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the gate.  All the fun happens on the Amarillo Chamber grounds at 10th and Polk.  Gates open at 5pm.
