Amarillo Ice Cream Shop Robbed At Gunpoint, Police Searching For Suspect

Let me tell ya, I have eaten some ice cream from Cold Stone Creamery and it was the bomb. What I don't understand is why someone would want to rob an ice cream shop?

Unfortunately that is exactly what happened to the Amarillo Cold Stone Creamery. According to ConnectAmarillo.com, "Monday night at 10:08 p.m. Amarillo Police Officers responded to Cold Stone Creamery in the 2300 block of south Georgia on a robbery report. Two female employees were working at the time of the robbery."

Witnesses say the suspect is a white male, 30-40 years years old, wearing a khaki colored jump suit, a hood and a black mask over his face. The Amarillo Crime Stoppers are asking for your help. If you have any information you are asked to call 374-4400.
