An Amarillo man will serve 120 months in prison after being busted for child pornography in his home.

Todd Wayne Ellis of Amarillo was sentenced to 120 months in prison for charges of child pornography. Ellis pleaded guilty of having possession of child pornography back in 2011. Ellis used peer-to-peer sites to send and receive images of kids ranging from toddlers to young children.

On Tuesday a federal prison sentenced Ellis to serve 10 years in prison for child pornography. Back in 2011 when FBI agents had a warrant to search his home and found the images on his computer he admitted to using the internet for his crime. A judge ruled Ellis will also be sentenced to a lifetime of supervised release to along with 10 year prison sentence.
