Amarillo Man Shot A Woman In Front Of Police, Tried To Run

Police received a call from a woman in North Amarillo, when they arrived shots were fired.

Brandon Allen Stallings, 29, of Illinois was arrested on Sunday on multiple charges. Police received a phone call from a woman who claimed a man was in front of her car and would not move.

When police arrived on scene Stallings was standing in front of the vehicle and shot a gun multiple times at the victims windshield.

Stalling then tried to flee on foot was eventually caught and arrest by the APD. The victim who is described as a 28 year old female was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover.
