Arbor Christian Academy Is No More, Enrollment Is Not Enought To Keep School Open
Last second efforts to move the school in order to keep it open have failed for Arbor Christian Academy.
Over a month ago Trinity Fellowship Church parted ways with Arbor Christian Academy due to low enrollment.
That caused the Arbor to lay off over 30 faculty members and leave over 200 students to look for another school to enroll in for next year.
According to Amarillo.com "Plunging enrollment at Arbor prompted Trinity Fellowship Church officials last month to close the school, igniting the last-ditch effort to re-open at Paramount Baptist Church. That was doomed by the same problem that sent Arbor out of Trinity: Not enough students, and not enough money. Officials needed 250 students but got just 193."
