Big First Week For The Amarillo Venom

The Amarillo Venom are ready for another amazing season. But were they ready for the Dallas Marshals?

It was another packed opening night for the Amarillo Venom. To make things even more exciting it was also St. Patty's Day. So there was a lot of green in the crowd.

The Venom welcomed The Dallas Marshals into town. The Marshals were ready to make there first game away from home a big one. But they had no idea how excited the crowd was going to be for our hometown Venom.

Just a few days before the big game their was a hashtag going around social media. The hashtag was #beatdallas. The energy before the game was electric.

As soon as kick-off started, The Venom went right to work. They took the lead and stayed strong the entire game.

The final score after 4 quarters of football was Amarillo Venom 62 Dallas Marshals 42.

The Venom are back home this weekend at The Amarillo Civic Center when they take on The Texas Revolution. Saturday March 24th, 2018 with kickoff at 6:00 PM.
