Tulsa District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler has charged officer Betty Shelby with first-degree manslaughter in the death of Terence Crutcher, and has issued a warrant for her arrest.

Early Sunday morning the Amarillo Police Department was called out on a hit and run accident and they need your help in locating the suspect.  There aren't many details concerning the suspect or the vehicle, but any help you can give the APD would be appreciated.
