City of Amarillo Offering Free HIV Testing

HIV is a very scary and real thing... Around 1.2 million people in the United States are living with HIV and one in eight people don't even know they have it yet.

The City of Amarillo's Public Health Department and local Walgreens Drug Stores are trying to cut those numbers down by partnering with Greater Than AIDS. They will be offering free HIV testing.

The free and confidential results are provided on site within 60 seconds of taking the finger-stick test.

  • Friday, June 24

  • Saturday, June 25

    Walgreens on 5709 W. Fillmore St. 10a.m. - 2p.m.
