A Chicago Father is being charged with assault after he posted a photo of his daughters mouth taped shut, along with her hands and feet tied together to Facebook.
A 21 year old Chicago father is being charged with aggravated domestic battery after posting a picture of his daughters mouth being taped shut along with her hands and feet being taped together.
On the caption of the photo it said "This is what happens when my baby hits me back", local police said. The photo has since been removed from Facebook. The daughter currently is in custody of the Department of Children and Family Services.
