So we are finally to that part of the year where we lose an hour of sleep.  It is time to start Day Light Saving time.   So make sure when you go to bed on Saturday set your clocks forward one hour.

So why Daylight Saving Time?

 

By they way, it takes the average person 3 1/2 days to adjust to the time change.  So you should be good by Thursday.
