A domestic abuse victim is getting the fairy tale ending she never saw coming.

Melissa Dohme became an outspoken spokeswoman against domestic abuse after she was stabbed more than 30 times by an ex-boyfriend in 2012.

In a remarkable turn of events, one of the EMTs who showed up to help her that day popped the question to her before the Tampa Bay Rays-New York Yankees game in Tampa on Monday.

Dohme, 23, got the surprise of her life when Cameron Hill, 40, got on bended knee and proposed by asking her "Will you marry me?" on a baseball.

As you may have expected, Dohme said, "Yes!"
