A Georgie man named Michael Ward was arrested for charges stemming from murder, armed robbery, driving without a license, impaired driving, obstructing a police officer, and offering a false report to a police officer, according to the Huffington Post.

Police arrested Ward after a traffic stop and finding drugs inside the car Ward was driving. After the arrest the police checked him into the Onslow Country Sheriffs Office where they performed a strip search on Ward, and had him bend forward and cough but did not find anything.

Ward was put into a cell where he hid the gun inside of the toilet. Officers were only able to find the gun after an inmate warned what he had inside his cell. Ward was taken to a local hospital to be checked if the gun did any damages to his body while he was hiding the weapon.
