Great Places to Have Spring Break Fun In Amarillo
Spring Break is here! That means the kids are going to be bored before lunch. Well, they don't have to be. There are tons of things to do right here in Amarillo. Here is my list of fun things for kids to do during spring break.
There is nothing better than running around and jumping. Jump N Jive is filled with bounce houses and mazes that will keep your kids entertained for hours. And the best part is, once they leave JNJ they will be tired enough to leave you alone! They are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11 am to 8 pm and Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday noon to 7 pm.

This is always a fun, learning experience. But this week they will be having a different activity each day of the week. Loads of fun!

Miniature golf always makes me happy. It is fun in 18 holes. Lights off golf is even better because it is all indoors under black lights. They have recently redone all the holes to make it even better!

This is always an amazing experience. The Amarillo Zoo has actually been working on making the zoo bigger and better so each visit is always different. And Mondays are free admission days! They are open everyday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.

I know a lot of kids are thinking 'I'm not spending my vacation at the library.' But there are going to be some pretty amazing events happening! Book and Boogie happening all week plus a vegetable art craft. Check your closest library for their specific events.
While it may not be warm enough outside to go swimming, you still can. The West Texas A & M Universities Activities Center has a pretty amazing indoor swimming pool. The pool has a lazy river, a slide and a vortex pool. Fun, fun, fun! This week the pool is only open Monday-Wednesday from 2 pm to 8 pm. Call 806-651-2323 for more info.

Perfect for those competitive kids. Not only will they have fun, they can spend the day getting better. Bowling is fun for everyone and they have specials each day of the week!
