Help the Amarillo Police Find Man Who Robbed an Amarillo National Bank

Last night a man walked into Market Street United and over the the Amarillo National Bank Branch inside the store.  He asked a teller to cash a $50 bill and when the teller opened the draw he pulled a small gun and demanded money.

The teller gave him the money that was in the drawer.  The man walked out of the store.  No one was able to give the APD a description of a possible vehicle the suspect might have used to leave the store.  The robbery occurred around 6:45pm.

The suspect is described as a white male, 50-60 years in age and 5 ft 6-7 inches tall, heavy build.  He looks to have a gray mustache. The suspect was wearing a tan or light colored cap with a small logo, a gray hooded sweat shirt with a red logo on the front.
