How crazy is this, a high speed car chase begins in Canyon, TX and ends in Portales, NM. 105 miles separates the two towns, if you were driving the speed limit it would take you about 1 hour, 45 minutes to get there.

Christopher Sharp led authorities on the high speed chase and was clocked at 120mph in Canyon after he refused to pull over. The New Mexico Department of Public Safety stopped the sedan in the community of Midway in New Mexico.

Tire deflation devices were thrown and the suspect was arrested on charges of aggravated fleeing from police. There was a passenger inside of the vehicle that was charged with being an accessory to aggravated fleeing from police.
