Every year Jason Aldean picks a different city to host his Concert For the Cure.  This year he is heading to Dallas Texas!

On October 27, 2012 Jason Aldean will be in Dallas performing his Concert For the Cure.  Each year he picks a different city to hold this fundraiser.  All the proceeds from this concert will be given to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

When asked about this annual event, this is what Aldean had to say:

“This is one of the nights I look forward to most every year.  I have a wife, I’ve got a mom, I’ve got two girls at home that if there’s not a cure found for this thing at some point it’s something they may have to deal with in the future… The disease sucks. So it’s something to me that I think is important and we want to continue to do every year and try to raise as much money as we can and do our part to help find a cure.”

He has also had a close friend lose their battle with breast cancer, so he takes it personal.

This concert looks like it is going to be a great event for the foundation.  This is also the last show in his '2012 My Kinda Party Tour,' and it is sold out!  All summer tickets for his shows, over 20,000, sold in just four minutes.

Way to do something awesome for such a wonderful cause!  October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
