Kasey Kahne has recently got himself into a little hot water with the breast feeding moms of the world. The superstar NASCAR driver recently apologized about his recent twitter rant and offending breastfeeding mothers.

He referred to the sight of a woman breast feeding in a supermarket as 'Nasty' and called a woman a dumb bit**. After a bit of backlash from the NASCAR fan community, and I'm sure quite a few moms, he has issued an apology statement on facebook.

"I understand that my comments regarding breastfeeding posted on Twitter were offensive to some people," Kahne said in a statement on his Facebook page. "For that, I apologize. It was in no way my intention to offend any mother who chooses to breastfeed her child, or, for that matter, anyone who supports breast feeding children. I want to make that clear."

The tweet that started it all:

"Just walking though supermarket," Kahne tweeted. "See a mom breast feeding little kid. Took second look because obviously I was seeing things. I wasn't!"

A woman tweeted back at Kahne saying that she hopes when he has kids, that someone tells him that his wife feeding their baby is nasty.

Kahne responded by tweeting:

"And your a dumb b*tch."
