Before Keith Urban took the stage to perform a unique version of 'Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas' on ABC's Dec. 20 broadcast of 'CMA Country Christmas,' he spoke a little bit about what Christmas is like in the female-dominated Urban-Kidman household.

"The girls are anxious to get to the tree and presents, and the feeling of euphoria is infectious," Urban revealed, referring to his wife Nicole Kidman and their daughters Sunday and Faith.

Additionally, Urban met with a wheelchair-bound little girl named Kristin as part of a Macy's Make-a-Wish promotion. He performed a special "concert" just for her in his studio. She was also invited to the taping of the 'Country Christmas' special, and looked beautiful in her new dress, gifted to her by the department store.

When the new 'American Idol' judge finally took the stage, he sang 'Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas' with nary a hair out of place, like usual. His voice has such a rich, sweet tone, and when accompanied by his masterful guitar playing, it created a new and different version of a familiar standard.

It was easily one of the prettiest and most unique renditions of this holiday classic that we've ever heard, thanks to the bluesy tone of his guitar, as well.

Happy Holidays!
