Kenny Chesney fans have showed time and time again that they like to have a good time.  Well, they may have crossed the line in June.  And this could lead to an end to all concerts at Heinz Field.

I can see how a Kenny Chesney concert can get a little out of control, but back in June the results were down right ridiculous.  The concert ended with a total of 73 people being arrested for disorderly conduct, public intoxication and aggravated assault. As a result of several fights breaking out, 150 people had to be treated by medics.

And the biggest problem was the trash.  After the concert, fans left behind a total of 30 tons of trash.  30 tons!  That seems hard to believe, but that in fact did happen.

This is the stadium where the Steelers play so here is the comparison:

Kenny Concert: 49,000 people attended

Steelers Game: 66,000 fans attended

Kenny Concert: 30 tons of trash

Steelers Games: about 6 tons of trash

The biggest difference is that the Steelers fans due tailgating before the game even begins!

So is this then end of all concerts at the stadium or just Kenny Chesney concerts?  I don't know, but I do know that 30 tons of trash and 150 people being arrested is definitely a result of a good time!
