With the summer heat already here, finding ways to stay cool and entertained this summer may present a bit of a challenge. Lake Meredith has you covered with their summer movie series.

The "Movies At The Lake" events will be held at the amphitheater at Lake Meredith. There is enough seating available for lake goers to spend an evening winding down with a little bit of entertainment before calling it a night.

The series features films both classic and current. The first film will be shown on June 1, and it is the Bogart classic The Treasure Of The Sierra Madre. Admission is free.

There will be snacks available at the "Snack Shack," and it is a family friendly event. Other films on the schedule for the summer include Avengers: Infinity WarCoco, and I Can Only Imagine.

You can find more information, along with a schedule of films to be shown, by visiting the Lake Meredith Facebook page HERE.
