Man Tattoos ‘Carpe Diem’ On His Hairless Cat – Goes To Jail [VIDEO]

There are obviously some sick people in the world. This Russian guy actually tattooed his cat! I cannot believe someone would do this.

The cat is a Hairless Shpynx. He put the cat to sleep using some general anesthesia and began tattooing the animal while it was under. You can see that he has an "assistant" in the video.

Controversy over the video has exploded on social media in Russia, and I'm sure it's going to here as well. The man is now headed to prison for animal cruelty.
