Michael Vick- Still A Tool

My dog Jax loves watching the Eagles play, don't get me wrong, he's a huge Cowboy's fan but he LOVES seeing Michael Vick get slammed to the ground. He killed helpless animals, and yes he got punished but I just don't get why after spending a year in prison someone thought we should pay him millions of dollars. Hmmmm, maybe this video will shed some light on this situation.
