NASCAR Driver Kyle Busch Pulled Over For Speeding!

Kyle Busch thought he was on a race track while he was test driving a new car.

While test driving a new car in North Carolina Kyle Busch got a little exited and thought he was on the race track. He did not test drive the new Lexus on a test track and thats what got him in trouble. He was driving on a rural road and was pulled over by an undercover police over going 128 mph in a 45 mph zone.

If convicted he could lose his license for up to a year and pay $1,000 in fines. He apologized about the whole situation to his fans, sponsors and co- workers. He said this should have never happened. But if he loses his license he can still race, you only need a NASCAR license to drive on the track.
