UPDATE: This poll has closed early. On March 26, the ACM revealed that Brett YoungLauren Alaina and Midland are 2018's New Male Vocalist of the Year, New Female Vocalist of the Year and New Vocal Duo or Group of the Year, respectively.

The lineup this year for New Vocal Duo or Group of the Year at the ACM Awards is particularly talent-packed; in fact, three of the nominees have made big enough waves that they are also listed in the Vocal Duo of the Year and Vocal Group of the Year categories, up against industry standards including Lady AntebellumLittle Big Town and the 2017 winner of this category, Brothers Osborne.

High Valley, the Canadian duo made up of brothers Brad and Curtis Rempel, ramped up their fan following in a big way when they scored a spot as an opening act for Tim McGraw and Faith Hill on the Soul2Soul Tour last year. But Lanco are showing no signs of slowing since their first single, "Greatest Love Story," climbed to the top of the charts and earned them a rapidly growing and devoted fan base.

Preston Brust and Chris Lucas make up the powerhouse duo LoCash, who have had a slow-but-determined rise to the top that's lasted a number of years, are another of this year's New Vocal Duo or Group of the Year nominees. Newcomers Midland are also nominated in this category, and in Vocal Group of the Year and Single Record of the Year, making them the only newcomers with a nominated song at the 2018 ACMs.

Rounding out this 2018 ACM Awards category are Runaway June, the only female nominees in New Vocal Duo or Group of the Year this year. They're the first all-women group to break into the country Top 40 with not one but two songs in more than a decade.
