NY Undercover Police Officer Caught On Tape Planting Drugs In ‘Smoke’ Shop [VIDEO]

In the video above you can clearly see an undercover police officer stroll in and look around, then reach into his pocket and pull crack cocaine out of his pocket and leave it on the counter.

The community is crying out saying that racism is to blame for the set-up and that it would be easy to prosecute the owner for selling crack cocaine because he is black. The owner would have received no less than 4 years in jail if convicted. The owner has now been released from jail and no police officials were available for comment.
