Pro athletes everywhere are using pickle juice to stay hydrated and to keep them from getting cramps. In games you always see players leaving the game for cramps. Because there is not enough electrolytes in there system is causes the muscles to tighten and that is where the cramps come from.

Well now players are drinking pickle juice to reduce the number of cramps and even eliminate them altogether. Mostly players from down south where the weather is always warm are using the product, dehydration is one of the main cause of cramps!
