Rovio Released There Newest Addition To The Angry Birds Saga With Angry Birds Space

The highly addicting game that has had the most downloads in app history just added another version to its masterpiece.

Since Rovio first released the app for the Angry Birds franchise back in December 2009, the game has been downloaded more than 700 million times. Rovio is now reported to be worth over $9 Billion dollars.

Last month Rovio announced the latest special edition to Angry Birds called Angry Birds Space, and on Thursday it was released for download. Angry Birds Space is the third app in the special edition, it is following Angry Birds Seasons & Angry Birds Rio.

As of Thursday morning Angry Birds Space is the number one paid application in the Apple App Store. It knocked off the latest app sensation Draw Something for the number one spot. You can buy the app on the Android Phones for just $0.99, the iPad for $2.99, Mac computers for $4.99 and PC users can buy it for $5.99.
