Stress is something that we all experience at one time or another.  But it doesn't have to ruin your day, here are some easy ways to relieve that stress.

Stress is a crazy thing.  It can take over your body and do the weirdest things like make you sick.  I recently had so many things happen that stress was inevitable.  My hair started falling out, I broke out in hives and had headaches without end.

Before stress takes over your body, there are a few things you could do to relieve the everyday stresses of your life.  Hopefully, these tips can help you.

Music

If you are dealing with a stressful situation, take a break and listen to some music.  A nice soft classical song can help ease your body and mind.  And if classical music isn't your thing, find your favorite song and just get lost in the song.

Call a Friend

If you are feeling overwhelmed or defeated, stop and call  a friend or relative. Talking with someone usually helps put things into perspective and show you that you don't have to handle things on your own.

Laugh it Off

Laughing is always a stress reliever for me.  Laughing not only improves your mood, but helps decrease the levels of your stress causing hormones.  Find that co-worker or friend that can make you laugh at anytime or watch a funny video.

Exercise

You don't have to run 7 miles or lift 100 pounds, but a walk around the office or a couple jumping jacks can help.  Exercise, no matter how strenuous, always helps improve your mood.  Plus, it gets your blood flowing.
