Suspicious Truck in City View Attempts to Take 6-Year Old Boy

The Amarillo Police Department is currently investigating an attempted kidnap from City View. The two suspects are still at large at this time.

A scary incident that no parent wants to hear of, or be apart of. Yesterday (10/15) two Hispanic males driving a cement truck attempted to take a 6-year old child.

The 6 year-old was walking with two other children, when the passenger of the truck got out of the vehicle and went for the child he started screaming. The man looked around and ran back to the truck, the suspects then left the area.
