‘Hey Y’all’ Is Just Something Texans Say
I was out and about the other day and I had a lady stop and ask me why I said, 'Hey Y'all' when I walk in a room, or 'Bye Y'all' when I leave? I was shocked she said that to me. But it made me think... Why doesn't everyone say it?
I come from the Texas Panhandle, how else am I supposed to greet a room full of people...
