When it comes to a great breakfast Amarillo has some great spots to enjoy a delicious breakfast.  We have wonderful locally owned breakfast joints and of course the breakfast chains.  However, Amarillo is about to get another great restaurant that serves up some amazing breakfast fare (oh and lunch also, but we're stuck on breakfast).

I remember the day I had my first experience at Raising Cane's.  It was in New Orleans in 2006.  I was pregnant and that was the most delicious feast I have ever had.  Then 7 years later I got to experience it again in Tulsa, then they opened one in Lubbock.  However, Amarillo was still left out of the Raising Cane's glory.  Well not anymore.  Raising Canes has announced the Grand Opening in Amari
