Christmas time is a time of family and friends. However, sometimes our family and friends don't always get to come home for the Holidays. That is especially true for our troops serving in the US Military. They don't get to come home for Christmas. However, we have a few soldiers who want to wish their family here in Amarillo and the Texas Panhandle a Merry Christmas.
Independence day is right around the corner, as always, seems to come out of nowhere. It's like I blinked and woke up in 2014 making plans for the 4th of July. What could possibly be on your agenda in Amarillo, TX and the Texas Panhandle?
Waking up Wednesday morning to the thunder and good ole rain was a good way to start today. Well, for most of us it was a good thing. But, it wasn't all good. There were others that had power outages thanks to the morning storm.
