Turns out those Pistol Annies are pretty good shots — after setting their sights on chart domination, they delivered with one of the year’s most impressive debuts. The trio’s first album, ‘Hell on Heels,’ emerged on top of Billboard’s Country Album charts in its first week, moving enough units to also earn a number five debut on the overall Top 200.

We still have a week to wait for the Pistol Annies‘ debut, but the hot new country trio is taking the edge off the wait by offering advance streams of five songs from the album. The first track, ‘Bad Example,’ is up now, exclusively at Entertainment Weekly.
