Ready for a game show blooper? Of course you are.

This is kinda cool! I never knew that we had so many famous people from Amarillo and the surrounding areas. Here's a list of just a few people that are from the Amarillo area that are well-known. Maybe you've seen them on your favorite TV show or movie.

Looking back at years gone by is always a fun way to spend time, so let's jump in that hot tub time machine you've been working on and crank it back to 1998.

If you are a Suddenlink customer you probably have noticed that for the last couple of days channels like Nick, Comedy Central, MTV and CMT have been running notices that Suddenlink will be dropping those channels and as of Midnight those channels disappeared on the channel line up.   So what happened?

I remember as a kid sitting and watching Nickelodeon and waiting for Double Dare to come on. The family game competition that left the entire family covered in some kind of goo. I always thought I could run the obstacle course win! I was sad when the show was cancelled. However, Marc Summers in an interview with the HuffPost Live Marc said he would like to bring back Double Dare.

Yet another reason to be careful about what you post on facebook.

It is no secret that Dierks Bentley loves motorcycles.  So it was very fitting when The History Channel approached him about writing a theme song for a new biker show.

As long we've had TV, game companies have been translating some of our favorites shows into board games. A couple of the big game companies while I was growing up were Parker Brothers and Milton Bradley. Both are now owned by Hasbro. Over the years game companies have  extended the reach of some of their long standing board games like; Monopoly and Clue.

With more curves than a Hollywood starlet, the battle over a new breed of TVs has arrived.

'Knight Rider' was a popular TV show (albeit briefly) that ran from 1982 through 1986. In it, David Hasselhoff's crime-fighting Michael Knight was partnered with a talking car named KITT. And now it's ready to become a movie.
