Teen Penelope Soto Flips Off Judge, Sentenced To 30 Days In Jail [VIDEO]

A teen hooked on drugs received 30 days in jail and and an increase on her bond for flipping off a Miami judge.

Penelope Cruz, 18, has made a name for herself in the past few days. Her video flipping off a Miami Judge has gone viral.

Cruz apparently was arrested just hours before she appeared in court, still high off Xanax, the drug she said she is addicted too. It was her first arrest and she obviously didn't know what to expect in court.

In the video Cruz is giggling and smiling at everything the judge has to say thinking its a joke.

The judge dismissed her when she said "adios" in a joking manner as she walked off. The judge then calls her back and tells her that her bond has now doubled . She freaks out and walks off when she flips off the Judge and tell him to "F***

Well Cruz appeared in court for the second time after her arrest in the video below and she is not laughing anymore. She might have been thinking this judge was going to ease up on her, but she only got a little break.

The only thing this judge did was bring her bond down by half, she still has to serve the 30 days in jail and now has to finish a drug rehab program that she willingly will take. This goes to show that just because your young doesn't mean you rule the world.
