Alot of viewers are in shock and awe saying Bieber doesn't even sing country music. But the viewers votes is what got Bieber the award. Im guessing it is millions of Bieber followers or 'Bieber Nation' who took them to victory.
I wonder how Rascal Flatts feels after winning this award? After the presentation the lead guitarist Jon Don Rooney said it all.... 'We have Bieber fever'!
