Tri-State Fair Named Finalist for Fair Of the Year

Every year the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association named the best Fairs around the Country.

The Tri-State Fair and Rodeo has come to Amarillo every Fall for 95 years. Typically, the Fair last for 10 days. During those days families drive from all over the area to get in on the fun, making it the biggest family-friendly event in the entire Panhandle.

This year the Tri-State Fair and Rodeo left town with more than just their equipment. They left with an awesome nomination! Our Fair is up for Best Medium-Size Fair in the Country.

The local team has been hard at work to make our fairgrounds a more hospitable place. If you went to the fair this year, you may have noticed some updates to the Fair-Expo grounds.

You can say their hard work definitely paid off! This nomination is quite an honor and can lead to some pretty incredible things.
