AT&T's stranglehold on the iPhone has officially come to an end. Starting February 10, Verizon, AT&T's chief rival in the cellular biz, will begin selling the iPhone, announcing their new agreement with Apple early Tuesday.

Not everyone's optimistic about the move. Tech know-it-alls say AT&T probably still has the advantage, provided they still plan to launch the iPhone 5 at some point this year. Verizon's decision to launch the phone on a 3G platform could also put them at a disadvantage as cellular companies continue to build out their more-powerful 4G networks.

Verizon's move makes the iPhone 4 available to its nearly 100 million users, at prices that are about the same as AT&T's.

Is this enough to make you convert to Verizon? I've been with AT&T for about 4 years and I've never had any major issues so I'm happy where I'm at. What about you?
