Tonight's Thursday night football  AFC-south match-up is a game between a team with a playoff birth for the first time in franchise history and a team who is playing for pride with nothing to lose.

The Indianapolis Colts won there first game of the season last week ending what everybody thought would be a win-less season. The Colts all-pro quarterback Petting Manning had neck surgery before the season started causing him to miss the entire season, along with their all pro TE Dallas Clark out for the remainder of the season. Joseph Addai there starting running back is out with an hamstring injury it has caused them to be at a record of 1-14.

The Houston Texans have clinched first place in the AFC south and a playoff birth for the first time in franchise history. But with starting quarterback Matt Schaub out with injury the Texans have been relying on rookie quarter back T.J Yates, with everyone raising the question how far can the Texans go with a rookie QB.

Tonight the Texans will find out if they have what it takes to make it with rookie QB Yates. With the Colts playing with nothing to lose it should be an interesting game, and look for the Colts to put pressure on Yates to see what he is made of.
