Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Children Comment On His Parents Separation

The Terminators 'Arnold Schwarzenegger' story continues to unravel after the news that he and long time wife Maria Shriver were splitting up.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Shriver moved out of the couple's shared Brentwood, Calif., home after Schwarzenegger learned he had a child with a member of their household staff over a decade ago.

The former Governor of California stepped up and came clean with his wife, probably before the press could.

"After leaving the governor's office I told my wife about this event, which occurred over a decade ago," Schwarzenegger said Monday in a statement. "I understand and deserve the feelings of anger and disappointment among my friends and family. There are no excuses and I take full responsibility for the hurt I have caused. I have apologized to Maria, my children and my family. I am truly sorry."

But just what do his children have to say about dear old Dad ? Well, Arnold's two oldest kids, Patrick and Katherine turned to Twitter .

Some days you feel like shit, some days you want to quit and just be normal for a bit, yet i love my family till death do us apart," tweeted 17 year old Patrick Schwarzenegger.

And 21 year old Katherine expressed something along the same lines as her brother.

"This is definitely not easy but I appreciate your love and support as i begin to heal and move forward in life. I will always love my family!"

I have a feeling that Arnie wants to "Run ! Go , get to de choppa !"
