As I patiently scrolled through the alphabetized list (folks from Alabama are so lucky, if you catch my drift), my mind was bouncing back and forth between what I thought the top sandwich would be. 

I figured there was a good possibility it would be a steak sandwich or maybe a good old-fashioned BLT. But nope, the answer is the brisket sandwich. Makes sense seeing as we have the best damn barbecue on the planet here in the Lone Star State.
