It's called "Doggie Day Out - Give a Shelter Dog a Day of Fun". It sounds just like it should be a fun day for you and a shelter dog. There are a few requirements, like you have to be eighteen years old to sign a dog out. You will also have to take a quick online training course. Other than that, you pick up the dog, have fun, and return the dog.
