You think it's going to be easy, and then you try. Do you have any photos of your child screaming and crying in Santa's lap? Yep, that is exactly the photo I have. The struggle was real for several years, trying for a photo with Santa Claus.

That changed when I promised I’d take her to KB Toy Store afterward, and she could pick whatever she wanted. Bribery, it worked for us. Now, those same trauma-filled photos are starting to happen with my granddaughter. We had a couple of good years when she was tiny. Before she realized this strange guy was there for her to take a photo with.
