I remember being able to stand in the back dining room of Ruby Tequila's when it was on Paramount Street and watching the tortillas being made to order through the glass in the kitchen. That freshness just hits differently, warm, soft and ready to be filled with something delicious.

The new storefront moved into the former Mochinut location at 1915 S Washington, bringing that homemade goodness straight to Amarillo.

From Incubator to Storefront

Before opening their doors, Tortilleria Gomez was already making a name for itself. They were part of the Incubator Program through the West Texas Enterprise Center, helping local entrepreneurs grow their business right here in Amarillo.
