Oh, I remember the day of hunting for Easter Eggs as a kid. We had the regular hard-boiled eggs that we carefully colored days before the big hunt. If we were lucky our parents also invested in some plastic eggs.

It's amazing the great things that happen in our city. I mean we can count on the kids having plenty to do. Oh and plenty to eat. I mean we have Easter Egg hunts and then we have a massive Easter Egg Hunt.

We will be meeting up with Frank in Happy and will ride in to Amarillo with him. Once in town, we will make our way to Shi Lee's BBQ &Soul Food for a "picnic" lunch.
