Happy Blue Monday everybody! The third day in January (Blue Monday) is said to be the most depressing day of the year and I thought that it deserved a happy intro.

Blue Monday is known as the most depressing day due to the post holiday attitudes, long nights and short days and incoming holiday credit card bills. But, don't let if phase you. And if you are an employer, you might want to find a way to perk people up during this time of year.

A study shows that companies lose almost 100 Billion dollars during this time of year due to their employees being depressed and unproductive. So, to keep your bottom line up, it helps to keep employees smiling.
