Dallas Cowboys Sign Veteran Linebacker to Help with Defensive Struggles

Today the Dallas Cowboys signed a veteran linebacker who will add some, but not all of the help the desperately need on the defensive side of the ball.

DallasCowboys.com is reporting 8-year veteran Keith Rivers has been signed to a one-year deal with the team. Rivers has been playing in the league for some years now but cannot seem to stay healthy and finish out a season.

Cowboys fans know we need help on defense but this move isn't going to make me sleep better at night. Does he have leadership? Yes! But the one problem with the linebacking core is injuries, it seems like staying healthy will be the toughest challenge next season will be staying in the game.
